DOMAINE DE MONTMARIN - AOP LANGUEDOC

The estate of Montmarin, former royal seigneury, has been the property of the Sarret family for thirteen generations.

Acquired in March 1488 by Nicolas de Sarret, direct ancestor of the present owners, the domain extends on a line of hills that dominate due south the Gulf of Lion.

The 400-hectare estate boasts 80 hectares of vineyards, olive groves, cereals, garrigue and oak.

The production of the estate amounts to 500,000 annual bottles divided by 2/3 of white wines and 1/3 of red and rosé wines with the appellation IGP Côtes de Thongue.
